At Summit Pet Supply, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product integrity and safety. Return Eligibility Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, labels, inserts, and accessories included. Used items, opened packaging, and custom orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@summitpetsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged: Notify the delivery carrier immediately. Retain all original packaging and materials for inspection. Summit Pet Supply is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment; the carrier will handle damage claims. If your order is missing items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@summitpetsupply.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
